Bloom Net-Zero Living Lab
A team of researchers, faculty, and students at Conestoga transformed the student-run Bloom restaurant into a climate action living lab, with the goal of demonstrating and reducing the impact of greenhouse gas emissions related to food and packaging choices. This project is a collaboration between the Centre for Supply Chain Innovation and the Conestoga Food Research & Innovation Lab.

Bloom Restaurant
Located at Conestoga College’s Waterloo campus, Bloom is an interactive live classroom where students are given the opportunity to practice a high level of service to paying guests. The experience is real and exciting for both students and guests.
