Anshita Pandey | Founder | Helprr
Each year, 1 in 5 Canadians will experience a mental health issue, but only 50 per cent will be able to access the help they need.
Anshita Pandey is working to change that with Helprr, a platform that helps guide people through emotional challenges and provide preventative wellness guidance.
Even helpers need help, and Anshita turned to the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective team and the Venture Lab for Tech program to bring Helprr to market.

Sam Campbell | Freelancer | Pixel Bridges
The challenge with freelancing is that it can often feel like having to write a paper for school and you don’t know where to start.
You’re sitting there staring at the screen with that cursor blinking at you.
It’s how Sam Campbell felt when she first decided to make the jump. Thankfully, Sam found the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Gig Lab and turned that blinking cursor into a business plan.
“Gig Lab gives you one thing to focus on every week. It just made it so clear what I should be working on and got rid of the sense of being overwhelmed thinking I had to solve everything all at once,” she said.

Over 47,000 vehicles were reported stolen in Canada in 2025 and that number is expected to grow in 2026. Car owners are trying everything from retractable bollards to storing their keys in radio-signal blocking bags.
But what if the solution to deterring car theft was already in your vehicle?
That’s the idea behind Prevasum, a new venture that’s building a customer-friendly lock for the onboard diagnostic port (OBD) that is standard in every vehicle built after 1996.
“Even if thieves steal your vehicle through a relay attack, they're going to need access to the OBD port to clone the new key so they can permanently steal your vehicle. Our product will help vehicle owners prevent the OBD port from being used to program new keys,” said Noah Grant, one of Prevasum’s co-founders.
