Erin Pickles leans into tech sales

Taking a leap of faith, Erin joined the first Sales Lab cohort despite some reluctance as to whether sales was the right path for her. She was a dedicated single mom with experience in customer service, but tech sales would be a whole new world. Building her skills and confidence over the course of the program, Erin showed up ready to learn and grow every week, bringing the fundamentals of authenticity, empathy and integrity to every interaction. It was no surprise to us that Erin landed a position at education technology powerhouse D2L.
