About Mindful Monk
Mindful Monk produces chocolate products sweetened with monk fruit, offering a unique alternative in the reduced-sugar confectionery space.
The challenge

Results
- Identified suitable equipment options to support scale-up
- Developed multiple packaging concepts to enable new pack formats
- Improved shipping and pallet efficiency
- Confirmed a viable formulation using an alternative ingredient format
- Enabled new opportunities for co-packing and simplified production processes
