Alexis Gamble is the director of Health, Safety, and Wellness at Halton Healthcare and brings a wealth of expertise in implementing robust programs, ranging from disability management, safety, wellness and occupational health. With over 10 years of experience in the field of health and safety, Alexis draws from a background enriched with leadership from the healthcare sector, as well as experience in property management. Alexis has been instrumental in shaping and executing initiatives that prioritize the physical and psychological health and wellness of employees. Through innovative approaches, she has consistently championed a safe and supportive environment within the healthcare sector.  
 
Alexis is a lifelong learner with a bachelor's degree in political science and law and justice. She is currently working towards her master's degree in work, organization and leadership. Alexis, a certified CRSP, has an extensive academic background including certificates in occupational health and safety, disability management, psychological health & safety and infection prevention and control.
