Henrique helps position Conestoga’s Venture Lab for Global Tech as a hub for scaling international businesses, connecting founders with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to grow in the Canadian market.

He ensures entrepreneurs navigate the program effectively, maximizing their access to lab resources and support networks. As the Venture Lab for Global Tech Coordinator, Henrique bridges startups with institutional and ecosystem support, facilitating pitch deck evaluations, program onboarding, and strategic connections with Conestoga’s labs, research centres, and talent networks. 

Originally from Brazil, Henrique is an experienced entrepreneurial ecosystem builder with over five years of expertise in startup acceleration, tech innovation, and global business development. He specializes in helping early-stage companies scale through mentorship, resource matching, and strategic partnerships. 

Henrique holds a bachelor's in computer science (Brazil), a postgraduate diploma in data science engineering (Brazil), and a postgraduate diploma in global project management (Conestoga College)
