Jean-François (JF) Guillerez, CPPL, has spent his career working in various packaging and procurement roles for major food companies. 

He graduated in packaging engineering from the University of Reims (France) and environmental engineering from EPFL (Switzerland) focusing on waste management.

Research interests: packaging innovation and packaging sustainability.
