Jolene is responsible for empowering individuals to build successful freelance careers. 

Jolene is from Kitchener-Waterloo. She brings nearly 30 years of experience as a graphic designer and has been self-employed since 2003. Her expertise spans design, branding, and marketing, with a growing focus on disability and digital accessibility advocacy. 

A graduate of Conestoga's graphic design program (Class of 1999), Jolene has also been a participant in both Venture Lab and Gig Lab, further enriching her entrepreneurial and professional development.
