
Rose Mastnak, MBA
Director, Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective
Rose Mastnak has been a part of the Conestoga community since 2014. She joined as a full-time professor of marketing teaching advertising, entrepreneurship, and sales. In 2019 she founded the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective. Professionally, Rose has worked in various marketing roles and at international advertising agencies and has had the entrepreneurship bug since 1999. She has a passion and skill for bringing new ideas and products to market and has founded three new ventures. She believes in making a difference through collaboration, innovation, and creativity. Rose has a BA from York University in Communications and Political Science, an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University.
