Stephen Thomson is a professor in the School of Business & Hospitality at Conestoga College. He specializes in business analysis, supply chain management, and lean thinking, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement. 

Before joining Conestoga, Stephen spent 18 years implementing ERP systems and developing business intelligence solutions for multinational manufacturing companies in the automotive and consumer goods sectors. His expertise lies in optimizing business processes and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. He holds a BBA and MBA. 

Stephen has played a key role in curriculum development, co-developing the supply chain specialization within the International business management degree and the Lean Six Sigma certificate. As the SAP faculty liaison, he supports the integration of enterprise systems and business analytics throughout the School of Business & Hospitality. 

Dedicated to experiential learning, Stephen aims to inspire his students by providing real-world challenges and applied activities that prepare them for successful careers in business and supply chain management.
