About SolidState AI
SolidState AI develops artificial intelligence and machine learning software for advanced manufacturing. The company partnered with Conestoga’s SMART Centre to enhance AI for Manufacturing Systems (AIMS), its software platform designed to help manufacturers improve yields and throughput, reduce ramp-up time, and support predictive maintenance.
The challenge
As AIMS continued to develop, SolidState AI sought to strengthen its underlying software architecture to improve stability and support future expansion. The company also wanted to improve how the platform processes unstructured manufacturing data so users could more easily access information to support production and costing decisions.
Approach
- Reviewed and enhanced the architecture of the AIMS platform
