This is where the rubber hits the road. After all of the skill development, job readiness training and mentorship, the goal is very simple: secure an entry level job in B2B professional sales.
In truth, the entire program prepares you to launch your career in sales, but your Sales coach will focus on this more intensively in the second half of the program. You will be prospecting for your first job and applying all of the principles and skills of a great salesperson, to selling yourself.
Searching for your first sales job while you are still working with your Sales coach significantly improves your chances of success. Ongoing feedback and improvement helps you to apply everything you’ve learned in real-life situations where your career is on the line.
