The Conestoga Food Research & Innovation Lab, with support from the Dawn Foods Corporate Giving program, conducted an applied research project examining sustainability, innovation and emerging technologies in the food packaging sector.
Insights and resources generated through this work informed the development of The Canadian Food Packaging Innovation Guide, a comprehensive 206-page resource exploring packaging materials, industry trends, sustainability initiatives and innovative Canadian organizations supporting the future of food packaging.
